Priti has steered the CBN team since 2007, serving as the Regional Director overseeing Operations in South Asia. She has a Master’s degree in History from Delhi University and a post graduate diploma in Mass Communication from IIMC, Delhi. Her hip-pocket skill is television production, with several years in mainstream media, she was amongst the early brigade of Television journalists in the country, producing for Star TV, BBC World and the CNN, leading pan-India teams to produce cutting edge content in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. Priti has been a media professional for more than twenty-eight years. She is passionate about teaching young media professionals, especially script writing for shorts and sets aside a few weeks every year to teach.
Priti works with humanitarian and creative teams to develop community strengthening awareness programs, all the while maintaining a strictly reuse, recycle and reduce org culture. Priti’s fourteen-year long leadership at CBN is notably inclusive. She is dedicated to creating a work culture where there is an equal and inclusive place for all especially for working mothers, single women and every person who dreams of an equal future in an equal world. Priti is a visionary and has an infectious energy with the ability to bring out the best in people.
Priti and her husband reside in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. She is a part time artist and a kick boxing enthusiast.
Chief Finance Officer
Rajan joined CBN in 2018 as the Chief Finance Officer, to develop financial plans and spearhead the organization’s financial strategy. He also heads the fund-raising department and has a strong leadership quality. Rajan is a B. Com (Hons) graduate and has a Diploma in MBA (Finance).
Rajan has over twenty-five years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to CBN, he worked with International HIV/AIDS Alliance where he coordinated technical assistance to NGOs and the Government, working in the field of HIV, TB and malaria. He has also worked with India HIV/AIDS Alliance, Handicap International, Christoffel Blinden mission.
Rajan’s expertise is in Finance, HR, Risk Management and Program Management. A notable achievement is winning a billion-euro contract for Technical Assistance, rolled out Program Management tools in Bangladesh, India and some countries in Africa. He has been recognized as a Trainer by USAID.
Rajan loves to travel and is a self-confessed shutterbug. He resides with his wife and two sons in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR.
Joyce has been leading the HR function at CBN since 2008. She drives value across the organization while building a culture that supports the evolving needs of the organization. She is a B. Com graduate and has a diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
Joyce has twenty-eight years of work experience, fifteen years of which was built at Escorts Limited, an Indian multinational conglomerate. At CBN, Joyce was instrumental in the transition of the follow-up team from onsite to remote working in a commendable manner. She is known to be calm in the face of challenges, with a genuine heart for people.
Joyce, her husband and two children reside in Faridabad, Delhi-NCR. She loves to cook for her family and gardening refreshes her. Her love for art and writing poems has won her several competitions and even a national prize.
Kingsley Paul joined CBN in 2018 as a Production Manager overseeing the production process and operations. Paul orchestrates the entire production process, working behind the scenes to plan the stages of production efficiently. He also brings technical expertise and excellence to the work.
Paul has thirty years of work experience in India and abroad. Prior to joining CBN, he worked with Doordarshan, Procast Middle East & Tensports in Dubai and Zee TV. Paul has also worked on assignments in UAE, Qatar and Libya and has completed a Leadership in Media program at the Poynter Institute in Florida, USA. He is the recipient of the prestigious CBN President’s Award, 2021.
Paul resides in the capital city of India, New Delhi with his wife and two sons. He enjoys music, photography and coding.
